ANTIDOPING
The IVF Anti doping policy is available on our website http://www.ivfiv.org/anti-doping.html
Any paddler who is participating in the World Distance Championship and is 18 years old or older, may be subject to in-competition drug testing. Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) forms are due to the IVF Medical Committee 70 days (24 May) prior to the event. TUE Forms can be downloaded from the IVF Website http://www.ivfiv.org/anti-doping.html Forms should be sent by the Area Co-ordinator of the Member Federation, not by individual participants. TUE forms can be received by the Medical Committee [email protected] anytime up to the 24th May 2023.

FEES
After the 20th May* the IVF Treasurer will issue your Federation with an invoice for the total amount owing. Please pay upon receipt of invoice. The fee is $150 US Dollars per paddler
Please note: The IVF will not accept individual paddler payments. We will only accept payment from the IVF Member area/country via wire transfer, Stripe, or bank check in US Dollars. Payment information will be on the invoice. Changes to team entries after 10th April incur a $100US fee (Withdrawals and addition) Paddler registration closes on 20 May*, additional paddlers after 20 May *will incur a $150US late fee.

RACING UNIFORMS
Team racing uniforms must not carry sponsors logos. The only company logo permitted is the brand or mark of the uniform garment which can appear as a small logo on one side of the chest (For example Nike, Adidas). Country name and country symbols/logo may appear anywhere on the racing uniform. All teams and paddlers are representing Member countries and this should be reflected in racing uniform.
EVENT LOGO
No paddler, team or member Federation is permitted to use the official event logo or official event graphics on their uniform designs or for any other purpose . Please contact SOCA for any information regarding the official event logo [email protected]
