- Prescription Medications : Paddlers using prescription drugs must verify their legality before travel. Many common medications require prior approval or a permit to enter the country. The government's HSA (Health Sciences Authority) website can be used to confirm if medication is permitted into the country or not.
- Illegal Drug Use (Important Note): Singapore maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal narcotics such as marijuana and
- recreational drugs. Severe Penalties: Possession, consumption, or trafficking of illegal drugs can result in long-term imprisonment, corporal punishment (caning), or the death penalty.
